I interviewed with two people, my potential direct supervisor and her boss. The vibe was relaxed and comfortable. They talked about benefits, vacation, and pay which seemed good. The office was clean and nice, and they seemed organized. I got the impression they are good people to work with. They did mention that overtime is sometimes needed and yearly audits can be tough. The office manages about 6 or 7 different schools.
