First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Constellation Culinary Group.
Event Coordinator
The interview process included open interviews, and I was informed no one was available to see me for 30 minutes. The interview itself was laid-back, conducted by the person who was leaving the role. It required a lot of follow-up on my part to get responses and eventually secure the position.
- Have you worked as a server previously?
Catering Sales Manager
I applied online and a recruiter from Elior North America got in touch right away to set up a phone interview for the next morning at 9 AM. I was super excited about this chance and even rearranged things at my current job to make sure I had enough time to get ready. But, on the day of the interview, the recruiter never called me. I ended up calling her and left a message, but she never got back to me.
- What are your career aspirations?
Manager
I went through 5 interviews and then they offered me the job. It took about a month from early Feb to early March to get the offer. I was the one calling the recruiter a bunch to check on it.
- What can you bring to the cafe?
