Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Consilium Staffing.
Recruiter
I had a phone screening, then an in-person with an internal recruiter. The next round was supposed to be with team members for a well-rounded view, but after the second round, they emailed saying they weren't moving forward.
- Can you share your reasons for wanting to leave your current company?
- What kind of opportunities are you seeking?
- How would a friend describe you in three words?
Recruiter
The recruiter Devyn Martin was great to work with. Then, you have two on one interviews where they share their experiences and ask you questions. The first session is an hour with two interviewers, and the second session is an hour with another two. They ask the same questions and then review your responses as a group.
- What makes you a suitable candidate for this company?
Recruiter
Toxic environment..just bad micromanagement and horrible people hiding behind Christian values. Seriously, do yourself a favor...run, don't walk from this company. If I could give negative stars, I would. They should be ashamed of themselves
