First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Consilium Staffing.
Account Manager
The interview process was great. My recruiter was very helpful and informative throughout the entire interview. Communication was great. They did a follow-up call and email after the interview to make sure I was well informed.
- Can you tell me about your previous experience and how it relates to outbound sales?
Account Manager
First I had a call with an internal recruiter, just a quick 15-20 minute chat to see if I was a good fit, mostly about my past work and personality. Then, the same recruiter set up an in-person interview which was basically a longer version of the phone call, with standard interview questions like strengths, weaknesses, and situational stuff. About a week after that, I had a second in-person interview with two Senior Account Managers who seemed to be directors. This interview was more in-depth, focusing on how I'd handle specific situations and they expected me to lead the conversation, not to be shy. It's a great company with huge potential for growth, and they're faith-based.
- Tell me about a time you had to resolve a conflict or handle an emergency situation.
- Describe a situation where you went above and beyond what was expected.
Account Manager
The recruiter was really nice and knew a lot about the role. The interview itself felt pretty relaxed. They answered all my questions clearly and truthfully. I never felt pressured or like I didn't know what I was getting into if I joined the company.
- How do you feel about using phones for work?
- How do you feel about working in a cubicle setting?
