It was a 4 step process. First I spoke with HR, then my direct manager to see if I was a good fit. After that, I met with 3 infrastructure managers that I would be working with. The final step was another meeting with my manager to discuss potential challenges and see if I would be deterred by them.

I had a great chat with the Recruiter at first. She was super organized, really nice, and got back to me quickly with clear next steps. I was pretty nervous but she totally calmed me down. Then I interviewed with the Senior PM and Project Lead. They were also really great people and I got a sense of who they are as people and what the work culture is like. I was super anxious again, which I think hurt my performance. It had been a while since my last interview, so I was really nervous, but they were very understanding. I did have to follow up for an update though, and unfortunately, it was a no. It seems like a nice place to work.
