So I applied, and if they liked my resume, they sent me this online test thing to see if I could do the job. If I passed that, they called me for a phone interview. A week later, I got called in to meet with HR. When I got there, I had to take another test right away, which had nothing to do with the job. After that, HR interviewed me about my background and school. Then a manager came in and basically grilled me with questions. It was a lot, but I was proud of myself for getting through it. They called me a week and a half later and I got the job! It's a government contracted job so you need security clearance, which is why it was so intense. I like it though.

You'll need a good amount of experience and be able to pick things up fast to work with us. A federal review is required to get a public trust position. They'll look into your whole life, check on friends and family with home visits, and talk to all your past employers. The interview focuses more on your personality and ethics. Your experience won't be a big deal in the first interview since you wouldn't get that far without it. A manager will briefly go over your experience near the end.

I talked to someone on the phone then had a one on one interview. It was pretty easy, not too hard, just fast and simple. The interviewer was nice. That's all I have to say about it, it was a straightforward process.
