A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, and we scheduled an initial screening. On the call, the recruiter only asked about sales experience, which wasn't in the job description. When I explained I didn't have direct sales experience but had experience related to the job description, they ended the interview. It was unprofessional.

So first, I had a call with the recruiter, just to go over my background and make sure we were on the same page about salary. Then, I chatted with some of the sales managers. After that, I did a demo to showcase what I can do, and then had a final call where they gave me a verbal offer.
