First, you have to complete two assessments. If you pass those, there's a quick chat with HR. After that, you'll interview with two hiring managers. They'll ask about your background and experience, and then some personality questions. It's a fast and easy process. I didn't get an offer, but they do keep you updated on your application status if you reach out.

I had three interviews in total. The first was with the VP of Operations, the second with the Project Manager, and the final one with the On-site manager. It was all pretty standard stuff. Every interview was conducted over the phone or Skype. They mostly asked me technical questions related to the specific project I was being considered for, along with some typical interview questions.
