Consultant
The interview process was pretty straightforward and everyone was really friendly. I liked the first interview I had with a director at the time. After that, I had a series of interviews on-site at their San Francisco office. It didn't feel too tough, just direct technical questions and some general, fun personal/soft skills questions.

Associate
I interviewed with 4 different partners/directors. The interviews were 30 minutes each, remote, and mainly asked behavioral and resume questions. Make sure to check out the Company's website for their values because they ask a lot about it. My interviews felt pretty good overall, except for the last one. That partner acted like they didn't want to be there and just asked if I had questions for the whole 30 minutes. The recruiters were awesome and quick to reply until after everything was done - then I got ghosted and no closure even after I followed up.
- Can you share an instance where you demonstrated likability, technical competence, courage, and discipline?
Accounting Manager
So I had 3 interviews with 2 directors and a partner. They all said it went well and everyone was good to go. Then a week later the recruiter called and said someone was out of office and I'd get an offer when they got back. The next week, she told me there was just one more approval and then I'd get my offer. The following week, she called and asked me to rate myself on some skills based questions, saying they hadn't done that during the interviews. I was getting really confused and asked her to just let me know if they weren't moving forward, but she insisted I'd get an offer and it was just red tape. Another week passed and surprise... no offer. She blamed it on too much job jumping on my resume, which they could have seen before interviewing me and which I'd already discussed. Honestly, I'm not even mad, just bewildered by this bizarre and gaslighting experience.

Human Resources Generalist
My interview experience was pretty bad. First, I met with the CPO, which was fine and they said I'd move on, though it was a bit unusual to start with them. Then, I had a second interview with another team member that felt really cold and impersonal. The questions weren't very good, and I didn't feel like they got to know me at all. After that, I just got ghosted by the recruiter and company. Overall, I wasn't impressed.
- Can you share an experience where you dealt with an employee relations issue and describe your approach?
