The interview process was long and detailed, involving six rounds in total — two virtual and four in-person. The interviewers were knowledgeable and professional, and the discussions covered both technical and behavioral aspects. However, after completing all rounds and even meeting with senior leadership, I didn’t receive any updates for nearly four months before finally getting a rejection. The lack of communication made the experience frustrating despite the positive interactions during the interviews.
- What are your long-term career aspirations?
Director
The recruiter was super helpful and explained the role really well. Then they set up an interview. Even though the whole process took a bit, it wasn't the recruiter's fault, and they were always quick to respond, which I really appreciated. I ended up taking a job elsewhere, but honestly, the way the recruiter and the managers treated me makes me want to apply again in the future.
- Can you describe how you managed your P&C clients to achieve a successful portfolio?

Applied in October and interviewed in November over 3 rounds. The hiring manager and HR seemed to have communication issues. After the hiring manager round, I was ghosted by HR and had to follow up multiple times. Eventually, I was told in December that the position was closed because they found an internal candidate. Then, in January, the hiring manager reached out again saying I was still being considered and that HR would contact me within a week. A week later, HR stated the position was closed.
- Can you share something new or interesting you've learned recently?
Software Engineer
They set up a phone interview for me, and it started right at 11:00 am as scheduled. It lasted for the full hour, just like the email said. It seems like they really respect everyone's time. Two interviewers took turns asking about my resume. If you're interviewing here, make sure you're prepped on your experience and project specifics. Being engaged in the conversation with the interviewers is also key to making a good impression.
