Connexity really impressed me with how organized and respectful their interview process was. They communicated clearly, stuck to their timelines, and every interaction felt genuine. The team was friendly, engaged, and prepared throughout. Even though I didn't get the job, I got really helpful, specific feedback instead of a generic rejection. It was a great candidate experience overall and made me want to apply again.

First, I had a phone call with a recruiter who discussed the role and asked about my background and current situation. They were quite helpful and understood my circumstances. Next, I interviewed with the Managing Director for EMEA and APAC, who was very open and wanted to hear my thoughts on the current media landscape and my knowledge of MMM and Incrementality measurement types. Stage 3 involved a presentation interview with a group of about 4 senior technical and non-technical team members, including a VP and MD. I presented my 90-day onboarding plan and they asked questions about Google Analytics, my work prioritization, and daily operations. This interview went well, with a good back-and-forth discussion that wasn't too intense. Finally, I had an interview with senior team members from the Germany office who provided great insights into the business and shared their vision. The compensation package offered was very good.

The first interview was a phone call with a senior project manager where they asked some pretty basic questions to get to know me, like about my management style and how I approach difficult tasks. Then came the onsite interviews, which is where things didn't go so well. The people I met all had terrible attitudes. One interviewer complained about the company and asked me directly if I was ready to work all the time and if I would be committed. Another interviewer asked me why they should hire me, even though I was recruited by them. To top it off, another interviewer rolled her eyes and laughed when I mentioned I'd read 'The Art of the Deal'.

So first, an HR Recruiter gives you a call to ask some basic questions to see if you're a fit. If you pass that, the hiring manager for the department will reach out within a few days for a quick phone chat. If that goes well, you'll head in for the first round of interviews. You'll meet with three people from the team. They'll ask you about your background, what you know about us, and if you'd be a good match for the job and the company. Then, if you make it to the final round, you'll chat with a few more senior folks in the department.
