First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Connexion Point.
Insurance Agent
So basically it's like a normal interview to see if you're a good fit and meet the requirements. They might ask about systems you've used before and your previous work experience.
- How many years of experience do you have?
Agent
The interview process was pretty standard, like for most jobs. You fill out your resume, then have a phone interview, and finally an in-person one. They made a lot of promises they didn't keep. Overall, the interview process itself was good, even though it turned out to be a bad place to work. The PTO was great though.
- Can you tell me about your previous work experience?
Customer Service Representative
I got a recruiter call for the job, and they set up an interview for the next week. I talked to a few people briefly and did a computer-based interview. Not long after, just a couple hours later, I got a job offer and took it. I also did the new hire paperwork the same day I interviewed.
- Could you answer a question about Medicare?
Medicare Agent
It's pretty straightforward since you have your 2-15 license already, so the job is practically yours. Besides a few personal questions, if you can work the days they need, you're in.
- Are you available from October 15th to December 7th for the AEP?
