I knew someone who had worked there previously and submitted my resume to the company. Went through the typical phone screen, followed by an in-person interview with your direct manager and sometimes, one of the partners.

I was contacted by their recruiter via email. Then, I had a phone interview with one of their division heads. After that, I set up an in-office interview for the week after. The interview started at 4:30pm and I was there until 7:30pm. I ended up speaking with three of the managing partners because they take their hiring process very seriously. The discussions were all interesting, made me reflect on certain aspects of myself and my experience, and definitely put me on my toes.

Behavioral Presentation Other

It was a pretty simple interview process. First, there were two phone interviews. Then, two in-person interviews followed. The interviews were very open and casual, focusing a lot on discussing the company and the job itself, not just a typical Q&A. Most questions were open-ended, and they cared more about character and traits than past experience.
