So for the interview, we usually start with a quick phone screen, then maybe a video call or an in-person chat. Sometimes there's a group discussion with a few people. You'll get asked about how you'd handle situations and what you've done in the past. Just be ready to show off your customer service skills, how you solve problems, and your general attitude. Make sure you look into the company beforehand and practice your answers. Show us you're really excited about this job!

It was just two rounds. The first was technical and the second was an HR round. They really paid attention to my intro and the skills I mentioned, especially focusing on JS and JQuery. They also asked some problem-solving questions and had me solve them on an online JS compiler, looking closely at my approach.

They asked mostly about my project specific work, and a few questions about handling teams and manual testing. It was a good and easy interview.
