It was in person. I spoke with 4 people from different teams. Two heads of analytics, one sr analyst and a media/marketing person. They called me in for a senior role during the virtual call before the in person round, and spoke only about offering the junior role in person.

We had 3 rounds of interviews for this role. There was a project in between the first and second interview. Two interviews were conducted online, and the last one was in person at the office. The project involved looking over a client pitch, identifying any mistakes, and suggesting improvements.

I saw a Project Manager job posting on Craigslist for a small interactive agency and applied. They got back to me the same day, and I had an interview that afternoon. I met with both owners, and the interview went well. I got an offer the next day. It was a really quick and lucky process! Looking back, I wish I had asked more detailed questions because I was really eager to get a job and accepted their offer and salary right away. I ended up leaving after about 6-7 months because I wasn't happy there. The agency was later acquired by a bigger company.
