I was told I would have another interview but then I never heard back. I felt really misled. It was handled very unprofessionally. The recruiter should have at least sent an email apologizing and saying they decided to go a different direction and I wouldn't be getting another interview.

I applied in May via a staffing agency and got an in-person interview. The claims manager and a team member interviewed me for 30 minutes. Overall, it felt positive. They mostly asked behavioral/fit questions, prioritizing personality over skills. I had to agree to a drug test and background check. The offer came 2 days after the interview.

A recruiter reached out about this gig. We had a quick phone screen right away, then a short Skype chat the next day. After that, I went in person to meet with a ConnectYourCare manager. The recruiter called with an offer the same day. It was a pretty quick interview process. The manager was super direct about the job and the company. You should be confident and know how to connect your past experiences to this role. This is a temp job for like 5 months, with a shot at a permanent spot after. The recruiting firm they use is really involved and supportive, trying to help you succeed.

It was a pretty easy interview. I had a virtual meeting where they talked about the company and my background for the role. It felt really friendly, and honestly, after talking with them, I got really excited about the company and working with the team.
