First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at connectRN.
Operations Manager
The interviews were all behavioral questions. Most people hired meet with the hiring manager, the team they would be joining, and the managers above them. The interviews are usually done on zoom and the recruiter is great at setting them up the same day when possible to not drag out the process.
- Can you describe a situation where you were required to enhance a process?
Product Manager
Had a leadership screening, then cross-functional team interviews, with product prioritization Qs and stakeholder management. All was pretty straightforward. Recruiters were helpful. Make sure you double check the small details in your offer letter = )
- Describe the most challenging tradeoff you've encountered.
- Can you share a piece of user feedback that particularly surprised you?
- What qualities do you seek in your product design collaborators?
Community Support Manager
I had three interviews in total. First was a phone screen with Allison, who is a Sr. Recruiter. Then I had a Zoom call with Madhu, the Director of CS. The last one was a Zoom call with Elizabeth, who is a CS Manager. They were all really nice and friendly, making the interviews feel more like casual chats. Since I was on the fence, they even set up two more meetings for me with different peers.
- How do you motivate the people who report to you?
- What aspects of your work do you wish to keep doing?
- What tasks or responsibilities are you looking to move away from?
Product Manager
The connectRN interview process was great and organized. They kept me updated on interview times, schedules, and what to expect next, so I always knew what was going on. The interviews felt like conversations, and everyone I talked to was really into the company and how their work was making a difference. Overall, it was a really positive experience!
- Can you tell me about your top three strengths and one thing you're working on improving?
