First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Connectria.
Account Executive
The hiring process was pretty straightforward. The hiring manager really liked me, and I got an offer the next day. We really hit it off on a personal level, discussing family stuff and how we approach things strategically. I interviewed on Monday, and the job offer came through the following week.
- Can you describe your typical daily responsibilities?
Regional Director
The process started with a phone interview, and then there was a full interview with the person I would report to directly, the company president, the Senior Sales Director, and the Senior Technical Director. It was a good and thorough process to make sure I had the right qualifications and personality fit.
- Can you describe challenging situations you encountered in sales and how you resolved them successfully?
Network Engineer
The interview was pretty relaxed but super technical, with the hiring manager and his boss. They asked stuff about subnetting, change management, BGP, layer 3 switching, and WAN connections. Good thing there weren't any 'tell me about a time' questions, but the tech questions felt a little tough for a junior role. They really focused on skills and how much training folks would need.
- Can you describe a time you used Wireshark to troubleshoot packet loss and what steps you took to resolve it?
NOC Technician
Pretty simple process. If you have a decent amount of technical knowledge, you'll be okay. It'll probably be done online since the main office is hardly ever used now. You'll likely meet with the team lead and maybe shift leads too.
- How would you handle an inpatient customer?
