Once the interview process was completed, I received an offer letter and then went through credentialing. It was a really easy and quick interview process, very painless. It was a three-step process: first an HR interview, then a second interview with the CEO, and finally a panel interview with leadership. Everyone was friendly and open about the process. I'd say it was one of the easiest interview experiences I've had for an executive role.
