Office Assistant
Had an interview call with 2 people for the job. They were friendly and gave me time to answer and ask questions.
- Can you handle an office role in a busy and potentially noisy environment?
Registered Behavior Technician
The interview was super friendly and laid-back! I chatted with one of the owners. They did ask about the six tenants of ABA, so definitely get ready for that! Other than that, it was mostly just the usual, generic questions from what I recall.
- Can you explain the 6 tenants of ABA?
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
HR will reach out to schedule. First you interview with two directors and then you get an offer. After the offer, you can meet with the COO or tour the center or shadow a director.
- Can you discuss the assessments you utilize?
- What is your experience like supervising BTs?
- What are your career aspirations and what are you seeking in this position?
RBT
I interviewed in person with one of the owners. He asked me some questions and talked about my resume. Then he told me all about ABA and what I would be doing at the company. It was cool to see how passionate he was about finding good people to serve a great community.
- What do you know about taking ABC data?
