I had to share my experience because this interview was really weird. I was told I'd be talking to the HR Manager, but they wouldn't give me any other info, not even when I asked. When I got there, I was early, and they made me wait 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which wasn't a huge deal. Turns out, the person I was meeting was the co-owner, which was a surprise for a first interview, but I guess that happens in a family business. Things got awkward fast when she started talking about politics within the first few minutes (they're big Trump fans). I don't think that's appropriate for an interview or work. We were also interrupted a few times. Then, she started discussing a really clear case of sexual harassment where an employee had multiple complaints about disrespecting women and calling them 'babe' or 'hunny'. The whole thing felt like a joke.

I interviewed with the founder, who was really professional and nice, not scary at all. They did mention their last graphic designer was poached, which was a bit concerning, but it didn't matter since I didn't get the job.
