The entire process, from when the referral questionnaire was submitted to the interview itself, took a few weeks. The interview involved a panel of several people who each asked questions. The questions were pretty much the same as those in the referral guide. It was a very smooth experience, and they made it easy to ask questions back.

This is a state government job, and the application process can take anywhere from weeks to months, depending on the specific role. I submitted my application through the state's online portal, and it was quite extensive. It took more than six months after I applied before I heard back about an interview. The interview itself was brief, about 15 minutes, and focused on the fundamental aspects of the job. The environment felt laid-back, and the employees were friendly.

It was pretty easy and chill. It sounded like a good summer job, and the people were nice. Lots of other college students work there, so it's a good spot for students and you can make friends easily.
