The interview process took about a month, as CBS wanted to find the right candidate. I met with many different employees and got to showcase my skills. Everyone was really friendly and seemed to enjoy having me there. I'm grateful to everyone for this opportunity!

Behavioral Technical Presentation

Got referred to CBS by a friend. Reached out to the recruiter, and she got back to me fast. First, there was a quick phone chat with the recruiter, maybe 10-12 minutes, super basic. Then I had to do the Chally personality test, which was long but pretty standard these days. After that, I had my first in-person interview with the director of sales. The next step was a ride-along with a sales rep to see the day-to-day. The third interview was with the sales manager and VP of sales. Then, I interviewed with the president, which included a PowerPoint presentation about a product or service I used to sell. I felt really ready, so the process wasn't nerve-wracking.

The whole process kicked off at a career expo where I first chatted with a recruiter. After that, they had me apply online and complete an online Challay test. Next, I had an interview with a manager. Then, I spent half a day shadowing an employee in the role out in the field. The final stage involved an interview with two upper management folks, and I also gave a presentation about the company and one of its products to four higher-ups. It was pretty intense, but it really does show you what the job and company are all about, giving both the candidate and the company a good understanding before making a decision.
