Had a phone screen with HR, then a phone screen with the hiring manager. Next was a half-day visit to the corporate office for interviews with 3 team members and a face-to-face with the hiring manager. Took a full PTO day for this. I sent thank you emails to everyone. After that, I didn't hear anything for three weeks even after a follow-up note to the HR manager. I sent another note to the hiring manager and finally got a canned response from the HR manager saying I wasn't selected. It didn't even have my name or the position I applied for. I would have liked more responsiveness and personalization given the time I invested. I won't consider future roles with ConnectiCare.

I applied online and got a call pretty fast. Then I had two long onsite interviews, each lasting over 4 hours. I also had a 1-hour phone interview that was behavioral. After the second onsite, I didn't hear back from HR. I tried calling and leaving messages multiple times. Eventually, they got back to me saying they were still considering other candidates. Another month passed, and I called again with no reply. Later that day, I just got an automated email saying I didn't get the job. It felt like a cold way to end things after I'd spent over 8 hours interviewing.

The hiring process was pretty fast, taking around two weeks from applying to getting an offer. First, you fill out the application, then you do a personality test, and if you pass that, a typing test. After that, they set up a face-to-face interview. You'll hear back about a week later if it went well, then they start background and drug checks. It was all pretty straightforward.

Behavioral Presentation

They reached out to me for an interview, started off good. The final interview was a technology disaster and the images that were part of a program they made you demonstrate was offense to people who are overweight. I never heard back after multiple phone calls and emails checking in. Extremely unprofessional. If you don't want to move forward with a candidate just tell them, instead of pushing back the timeline for the job and not responding to emails.
