It was a quick phone interview where I had to introduce myself. Part of it was in English to check my level. If I passed, I would have interviewed with the manager. After that, there were a few days of job training, and then it would have been a hybrid work setup. I passed the phone interview, but they needed someone to work Saturdays and holidays, so I withdrew my application.

It was a quick hiring process, only three weeks from the first HR interview to the offer. There were 4 interviews, 1 assessment, and 1 in-person meeting. I usually got a response within 1-2 hours after each interview. HR was really supportive, always available, provided all the info I needed at each stage, and answered my questions immediately. The interviews were detailed with in-depth questions and examples, and they were clear and honest about expectations. It's a process that needs prep, lots of questions, and multiple examples, but they support you all the way and keep you posted.

So I had this interview for a Customer Support Specialist role, and wow, it was something else. It started with a phone call where the HR person seemed super keen, pushing me to the next stage. That next stage was a 2.5-hour 'test,' which felt more like unpaid training. I had to really dive deep into their product and then answer questions about it, plus record a video of myself. It took me hours to prep for it. Honestly, it was a lot of work for what it was. After all that, investing almost 5 hours total, I heard nothing for days. I reached out to HR, and instead of a response, I got an automated rejection email with zero feedback. It's actually a relief I didn't get the job, given how this reflects on their company culture. It’s like they have zero respect for applicants, making you do this lengthy unpaid training/test and then not even taking two minutes to explain why you didn't make it. It really felt like an abuse of applicants' time. And seriously, making people do what's basically unpaid training should be illegal. I can't even imagine what it's like to work there if this is how they treat candidates. And the kicker? I'm way overqualified; they mentioned they hire students for this role. A lot of other people seem to have had the same experience. I felt I had to say something because if they had just given some basic feedback after all the time I put in, I wouldn't even be writing this.
