Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Connecteam.
Account Executive
I submitted my resume on LinkedIn and they reached out. The first interview was a Zoom call with some basic, surface-level questions. The interviewer wasn't able to answer my questions about the job itself. The next step was an AI interview, with just a short video that wasn't very helpful. You got two tries to do it. I did them using the info from the video, but they said I didn't go deep enough to move on. I think it was unfair because they didn't give much info beforehand and expected a lot more.

Account Executive
The first step was an HR screening call where we discussed salary. There was a big difference between what I was looking for and what they could offer. When they asked for my minimum salary requirement, I told them what I was making three years ago, and that was still too high for them. Based on my experience and what other people in my field say, their budget seems significantly below market value for the role. They didn't want to share their salary range, but I know it was less than 20,000 NIS.

The interview process at Connecteam was super professional and fast. They kept me in the loop the whole time about what was going on and what was coming up next, no waiting around. I really liked how it felt like we were both checking each other out. As someone who's been a hiring manager, I can say Connecteam's recruiting team is top-notch. They totally nailed what a good, candidate-focused hiring process should be like.
- Can you share a tough time, either at work or in your personal life, where you really poured everything you had into something?
