Totally fair and open, it was a traditional process of submitting an application and then getting a call. Specifically with Marc, the interview was conducted over Skype and he was super flexible with the timing. It was a pretty comfortable and pleasant interview.

This was a terrible interview experience. The company contacted me about a job I was well-suited for. However, the recruiter seemed uninterested from the start, was rude throughout, and stated the pay was less than advertised, claiming they had more qualified candidates. It felt like a bait-and-switch, as they seemed to want me for a much more junior role than initially discussed. I definitely advise avoiding this company; they are rude, waste your time, and mislead you.
