I applied twice through indeed.com. The second time I applied, I got a call from a recruiter named Heather in Naperville. We had a good chat and she asked me a lot of questions about my experience. The next day, I got a call from Hayden to schedule a call with the Regional Director and herself. During that call, the Regional Director did all the asking. I thought it went well, but got an email the next day saying I didn't get the job.

Had a quick phone chat where they told me about the job and benefits. Then, a 30-minute in-person interview. They asked about my skills, mainly if I could multitask. The interviewer was late and looked a mess. Turns out, the benefits are pricey at $60/month, but bonuses are easy to get, averaging about $100/month. The work environment can be stressful because of sales pressure, depending on the location and the people there.

I sent in my application online and heard back a few days later via email to schedule a phone interview with HR. After that went well, the regional director contacted me to set up an in-person interview with them and some local audiologists. They made me a job offer after that, and I was sent the usual paperwork to complete and return. Training was arranged, which involved a daily commute for a week, but my travel expenses were covered.

I submitted my info to the Hearing Specialist at the office, and they forwarded it to the District Manager. The District Manager emailed me a few days later to schedule a phone interview. He ended up being late for the call, and when he finally contacted me, it was difficult to hear him clearly as he was on his cell phone and driving.
