First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Connect America.
Customer Service Specialist
I had a virtual interview today and it went well. It was easy to do, and I was able to have my pertinent info on hand during the interview. The interviewer was very friendly, and minus the camera glitch, it was no problem.
- How would you handle a call from a frustrated customer?
Project Manager
Had a 2 step interview process. First met with HR and then met with the hiring manager to go thru my background and the job requirements. Feel like this is the right position for me.
- Can you describe your experience related to this job?
Sales Associate
The interview was quick, like 30 to 45 minutes. Several people from the company spoke with me. They asked standard interview questions such as your best and worst traits, and a time you solved a problem. They made me an offer the same day.
- What are your strongest qualities?
- What is your greatest weakness?
- Describe a situation where you had to resolve an issue.
Inside Sales
It's a two part process between HR and the Sales Manager. HR has you fill out an additional application and then asks questions based on the application. Also about your skills in general. The Sales Manager tells you what the job duties are and answers questions about the position. The entire process lasted a few hours but that's because there were multiple interviews that day.
- What aspects of sales do you dislike?
