Creative Designer
It was a great experience. Communication was easy. They have great talent and nice people. They were kind and open to hearing my thoughts. They had many applicants but were able to select the right ones to interview.
- Can you walk me through your experience?
- Tell me about your background.
- What are your professional goals?
Account Executive
Applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by the recruiter for a quick call. Then I had a 2-round interview with the supervisor team, followed by a final round with the Director. The process was very seamless and quick, with good communication from the recruiter throughout.
- Can you describe a challenging situation you encountered and explain your approach to overcoming it?
Account Coordinator
The interview process was quite extensive, involving four rounds: one with a recruiter, a Skype interview, and two in-person interviews at their office. While the people I met were friendly and welcoming, their unprofessionalism in providing feedback was disappointing. After waiting four weeks past my final in-person interview, I reached out to inquire about the role and my candidacy, also asking for feedback on my interview skills. Almost immediately, the recruiter sent a generic email stating they had decided to move forward with other candidates. This felt like a significant slight, as they didn't even offer a formal rejection. Consequently, I will not be applying to Conill again in the near future.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
Content Manager
You'll have three interviews. First, you'll meet with the VP, and then you'll move down to the main social team. We need you to know about social trends, publishing, and have some copywriting skills.
