it was a very long process, took months from applying to getting to an in person interview. there were a lot of time periods where they wasnt any communication from their team. i had to wait a while to hear from them.

Policy Fellow
The interview process was quite long, with long wait times for responses and application review. The interviewers didn't seem very prepared and were not responsive, and didn't provide much follow-up info for questions that were asked or answered.
- What are your goals for this fellowship?
Executive Management
The interview process involved two interviews. The second interview was with all the other senior executives and future department staff, which was a bit uncomfortable. The questions from the senior executives were high-level, and the future department staff were also in the meeting. In total, there were 8 people present.
