Event Planner
First, I completed a lengthy application assessment. Then, I had a phone interview followed by an in-person interview. These interviews seem to be standard across the company for most team members. I was interviewed by several team members.

So first, we have like a quick phone chat, just a brief one. Then, you'll have your round interviews with the HR people. After that, you'll meet with the heads of departments or other managers for your specific role.

Fitness Attendant
The whole process took about a month from when I applied until they reached out. They also had some trouble setting up dates for the in-person interviews. I ended up talking to a few different managers about the same stuff. They mostly asked me questions about my life to see if I have integrity and discipline.
