After meeting with HR and the hiring manager for the first interview, I was contacted for a second interview with CEO Regina Shupak, which took place a few days later. During this interview, she seemed to misunderstand my response to a question, and I sensed the interview was over as her decision felt final. She was quite condescending, and based on other reviews, I might have dodged a bullet. Interestingly, a few months down the line, I found out the manager I would have reported to had moved on, so in retrospect, I'm glad nothing materialized from this.

I had a phone screen first. Then I went in for two in-person interviews. The first one was 90 minutes long and I met with my direct boss and the department directors. The second one was 60 minutes and I met with my direct boss and the ED.

First, there was a phone interview with HR, the director, and the manager which took about an hour and a half. Then, a second interview with the director and the ED, which lasted around an hour. It was a pretty standard process but they weren't very mindful of the time. They said the first interview would be half an hour, but it ended up being an hour and a half.

The interview process was as expected. I was kept informed. I had the chance to meet the CEO and other team members from my department and other departments. It was a great experience overall.
