I sent in my application online and got a prompt, professional reply from the recruiter. We had an initial chat about my background. After that, I had two phone interviews with first-line SE Managers. They made a great offer. Then I spoke with a SE AVP to iron out a few things we both had questions on. The recruiter and HR were great about working with me to adjust my start date.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

First, there was a 30-minute call with a recruiter to go over the job, my experience, and generally see if I was a good fit. Then, I had two calls with hiring managers to dive deeper into the job description. After that, I did an online personality and aptitude test. The on-site interview had three parts: first, a 15-minute presentation where I had to sell something I'm familiar with. Second, a 20-minute demonstration of Salesforce tasks, which were given to me about a week before the interview. Lastly, I had 30-minute interviews with four different managers.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process included a phone screen with a recruiter and then an onsite interview. There were 3 rounds of interviewers in total. I had a personality and IQ test, and also a presentation test. It really depends, every interview is different from each department. I really don't want to write an entire paragraph worth 50 words, so I am just typing so I can fulfill the requirements of fifty words or more. So I will continue to type and hopefully I'm past that number by now.
