Sales Development Representative
The interview was online. The hiring manager greeted me with a big smile through the screen and we started with the interview. He was very professional, and seemed somewhat engaged in the whole process. However, I, unfortunately, had no response from them about the position and whether I got the next stage, which I view as unprofessional.

Sales Development Representative
The interview process was quick and efficient. The recruiting team was very helpful and responsive. After applying on LinkedIn, I was contacted within hours. The process started with a phone call, followed by a phone interview with a Sales Manager the next day. The final stage was an on-site interview with various members of the Sales team, including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Managers. An offer was extended the day after. I really liked how fast Conga moved and thought the whole thing was well-organized. The recruiters were also great with follow-ups, calling before and after interviews to help me prepare.
- The interview was very conversational, so be ready to ask a lot of questions.
Sales Development Representative
The whole interview process took about a month and was a complete mess. It started with a recruiter reaching out and saying she'd connect me with the hiring manager for an interview. Then, I had to re-apply on a different site, and after that, I had an interview with the recruiter. Next, I was supposed to meet the hiring manager, but I ended up waiting 30 minutes on a Zoom call with no one showing up. I found the interviewer's email and asked if the interview was still happening, and they replied that they had no interview scheduled and suggested rescheduling. After messaging the coordinator and recruiter (who responded late due to the time difference), I got an apology and a rescheduled interview. I decided to continue, thinking mistakes happen. The hiring manager, however, never apologized for missing the previous interview. They gave me some feedback and then said they'd connect me with an account executive. This interview was scheduled, then cancelled, rescheduled, cancelled again, and rescheduled once more. Despite these many unprofessional red flags, I wanted to continue. After this third interview, I waited nearly two weeks for a response, only getting one after I followed up. No one, neither the hiring manager nor the recruiter, replied until I messaged them. I'm very disappointed with how disrespectful the process was and how no one took accountability. It's disgraceful how they treat people, and I think I dodged a bullet, especially seeing other reviews.
