The process was professional. It started with a phone interview with the hiring manager, followed by one with the director of talent management. Then, there were 4 in-person interviews. I appreciated the clear communication throughout. My only suggestion is to provide feedback on why an offer wasn't extended, even if small, so candidates can learn from it, especially after so many interviews.

The interview process was quite long, involving 5 rounds in total. It started with an aptitude test, followed by three rounds of telephonic interviews. After that, the HR team directed me to a final face-to-face interview. I spoke with two directors for about an hour and a half, and in the end, one of them mentioned they had a different role in mind for me, not the one I applied for. It felt like a waste of my time and energy, especially after so many rounds. I later got feedback from HR that my profile wasn't moving forward. I suspect they weren't sure themselves who they wanted to hire.
