Relationship Manager
The interview process involved a collaborative approach with a lot of back and forth, mainly focusing on behavioral questions. It started with a casual coffee chat with the hiring manager and was followed by a phone call with someone from their international office.
- What would be your approach to managing the initial 90 days for a portfolio of 40 clients in account management?
- Reflecting on your career, what factors do you believe have contributed most to your success?
Manager
The interview process involved two interviews with the manager, brief chats with other team members, and some meetings with c-level management. Nothing out of the ordinary with the process. It was a bit slow due to the high volume of open positions at the time. It went from a phone screen to two onsite interviews (the first with the manager, team, and senior leadership), and the second was a follow-up with the hiring manager.
- Can you walk me through your most recent experience?
Senior Manager
It was a long process, with four rounds of interviews, all of which I passed. They then scheduled a panel interview with seven people. After that, I was asked to submit an onboarding plan. While I thought it went well, I'm not sure they knew what they were looking for. The most disappointing part was the lack of communication. Even after I followed up, I only received a brief email. It felt like a complete waste of the over 8 hours I put into the process, only to receive no proper response. They lacked the basic courtesy to get back to candidates. My disappointment was more with the leadership and brand than the recruiter.
- Can you share some typical situational questions you were asked?
