First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Conga.
Business Analyst
I had 3 phone interviews with a Sr. Director, CIO, and Operations Manager. After that, I was invited for an onsite interview which had 7 rounds with VPs, a BA, developer, sales head, and marketing head. Later, I had one more phone interview with a consultant. I didn't hear back for about 5 weeks, and then I was told I wasn't selected. I got positive feedback throughout, but I'm not sure what happened. I really liked the company, people, and how they treated everyone.
- Tell me about a situation you encountered.
- How do you demonstrate leadership skills?
- Can you answer some functional questions about CRM?
Business Analyst
Started with a phone screen, then had a Zoom interview. They scheduled a third interview via Zoom, but no one showed up. I tried calling, emailing, and texting with no reply. It seems like this happens to others too. I set aside 30 minutes during a busy day for this, and it was really disrespectful. If this is how they handle recruiting, I don't want to work there.
- Tell me about a time when things didn't go as planned.
Business Analyst
The interview process was unprofessional and seemed unrelated to the position. It also felt gender-biased and unethical. I would not recommend wasting your time and energy here. The last round seemed designed for rejection. The manager arrived 40 minutes after my scheduled time. They also asked personal questions about my husband.
- Were there any personal questions asked that were not relevant to the job?
