Account Manager
The interview process started with a phone screen. Then, there were two separate interviews with hiring managers. One of them mentioned an on-site visit, but after that, they went silent and didn't follow up to schedule it. It took about a week for the recruiter to get back in touch to arrange the next interview. The third stage was a panel interview where I had to do a mock discovery call as a sales rep. The main focus was on setting an agenda, conducting discovery, and closing for next steps, rather than on the product itself. I received really good feedback along with some constructive criticism. I was told I'd hear about a decision in a few days, but then they completely ghosted me. I've reached out to both the hiring manager and the recruiter multiple times over several months since then, but haven't heard anything back, not even a rejection with feedback, which is disappointing given the effort I put in.

Strategic Account Manager
The hiring process was pretty standard. I had three different interviews, and two of them were over the phone. I had to take and pass a psych test. Then I did a remote presentation to corporate over the web. The whole thing took about 4-5 weeks from start to finish. They didn't discuss any training or onboarding, so I missed that part of the hiring process.
