The interview process started with an HR session, followed by two technical rounds, and concluded with a final session with the General Manager. Although the tech rounds were scheduled for 45 minutes, they each lasted about 90 minutes. I was informed that the final session with the GM did not go well, and I'm unsure if it was due to the interview itself or salary expectations. It's typical for Pakistani companies not to provide honest feedback. If a candidate passes the tech rounds and HR sessions, it makes one wonder what else is needed. If the tech rounds and other sessions hold less weight, it would be more efficient to reverse the process to manage candidate expectations and save time.

The interview was a bit dry, I didn't really build much rapport with the interviewer. Their English wasn't super clear, they kept their video off, and I had to prompt them to make sure they were paying attention. About 15 minutes into a technical chat, they asked me to share my screen. Then, they started pasting DSA code into the chat and asking for the output. No feedback or follow-up questions were offered. It was just an average interview, and I got pretty frustrated partway through.

The interview process was pretty straightforward and simple, consisting of three interviews in total. Two of these were technical interviews, and the final one was with management. Confiz seems like a really good company to work for. The work environment and the tasks are enjoyable, and the team of professionals is friendly.
