First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Confie.
Operations Specialist
The interview was quick and efficient, though it was a bit slow to respond and follow up. I was contacted directly from Indeed and then had the call. There were two parts: the first was with the HR manager and the second was with the department manager.
- Tell me about your experience in call centers and your problem-solving skills.
Call Center Agent
Had a really good interview with Seguros Confie for the Call Center Agent role. The interviewer was super nice and polite, and the whole process was quick and good. They offered me a specific day and time, and answered all my questions really clearly, which made me feel confident to take the job.
- What is your age?
- Tell me about your experience.
- Where do you live in relation to the office?
Claims Adjuster
I applied online, and a couple days later I got a call to schedule an interview for the following week. It was laid back, lasted about an hour, and covered an intro about me, details about the job, and company benefits. They asked about my salary expectations, and I gave a range. Then, two weeks later, another manager from a different department called. She asked about my past work experience and job details, noting that the position was now for PIP, not liability adjusting as I initially applied for. She set up an interview for the next day where I shadowed an employee. She also asked for my salary requirements, and I gave the same range. She said it was a go and HR would contact me. Two days after that, I received my offer letter (got my top choice!), and I started a week later.
- What's your reason for leaving your current job?
- What do you understand about PIP?
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Treasury Analyst
So there were three interviews total - one with the recruiter, then the hiring manager, and finally the hiring manager's boss. The first one was a 40 min phone screen where the recruiter just went over my resume, focusing on skills and responsibilities. Then I had a Microsoft Teams interview with the hiring manager. He talked about the role's details and the department's current situation, and asked a bunch of specific questions to see if I was a good fit. That was the hardest interview. The last one was with the hiring manager's boss, which was pretty easy, especially if you did well before. All interviews were under 40 mins. Oh, and if you get an offer, they're gonna low-ball you. The first offer was at the bottom of my desired range, and after I countered, they only raised it by $3k. The negotiation was super frustrating, and I ended up declining because the pay was too low, and their medical and retirement benefits were bad quality and expensive.
- In what ways do your qualifications and past experience align with the requirements of this position?
