So the process had a few parts. First, a call to screen for basic tech skills and experience. Then, an online coding test for problem-solving and algorithms. After that, two tech interviews with senior engineers, covering coding problems, system design, and past projects. Lastly, a behavioral interview with the hiring manager about communication, teamwork, and fitting in with the company.
