The process was pretty straightforward with two main interview rounds. It started with an initial screening, then a technical interview, followed by salary negotiation. They were interested in the technologies I've used and the portals I'm familiar with.
- Could you introduce yourself?
- Tell me about the technologies you have worked with.
- Which job portals have you used?

the interview was okay, but the follow-up was really badly handled since I didn't get any feedback and it's been a month and I still don't know what happened. I called but no one picked up.
- What was the hiring number you achieved?
- What was the resignation number?

So the process starts with you sending in your application. After that, there's like an initial screening to see if you're a good fit. Then you'll have one or more interviews, and maybe some tests to assess your skills. We also do reference checks, and then make a final decision. It's all about seeing if you have the right qualifications, skills, and if you'll fit in with the team, so we can hire the best people.
- What's the difference between GA and GSC?
