Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Confidential.
Senior Analyst
It was a three-stage process. First, I had a basic technical interview with the manager. Then, I was given a case study to complete in two days. Finally, I had another case study, this time presenting it to the director, along with questions about my personal behavior, management style, problem structuring abilities, and thought process clarity.
- In a scenario where you couldn't use AI for a whole week, how would you ensure your work was completed on schedule?
Analyst
The interviewer was quite experienced and asked me about the project I did. There was a Teams meet online for 30 min, and that was the only interview to get selected.
- Mostly asked about the project.
Analyst
Entrevista fácil, experiência positiva, me perguntaram sobre a minha vida, carreira e meus objetivos daqui pra frente, além de pretensão salarial e possibilidade de mudança de cidade. Gostei bastante da experiência, e também senti que fui bem acolhida.
- Could you tell me about your professional and personal goals?
- What are your salary expectations?
- Are you open to relocating?
