First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Conexiom.
Senior Data Engineer
It was a lengthy process, 5 rounds in total. It provided me with a good idea about the teams inner workings and their product vision. Feedback: Instead of having multiple short rounds that are one on one, it would be better to have multiple people on the interview panel. This will help reduce the number of rounds and hence shorten the whole process.
- Tell me about your experience creating end-to-end data solutions using Azure.
Demand Generation Manager
So the whole interview process took about 4 months. I talked to HR, then the hiring manager, and two people who work with them. Then they hit me with this huge project where I basically had to map out their whole demand gen strategy to hit their goals. I had to present that, and then I had a panel interview with 4 other people. After that, the hiring manager called me just to touch base and said I'd hear back the next week. Then, nothing for weeks until I reached out, and they just sent a generic apology and rejection.
- Can you outline your perspective on Conexiom's target market, ICP, and growth potential?
- What key trends or dynamics in the B2B SaaS space do you believe Conexiom should capitalize on?
- Can you present your campaign plan to achieve the pipeline creation goals?
Marketing Director
The interview process was pretty disorganized and didn't seem to have a clear path. Communication was lacking. After a few interviews where I got good feedback, I got a verbal job offer, and they said it was a unanimous decision. Then, no one contacted me for weeks. I had to reach out to them, and that's when they told me they decided to go with someone else. I later found out they had a big layoff the following week. My impression is that people don't have much independence in their roles and leadership is very hands-on.
- Can you share an instance of a successful integrated campaign you've led?
Implementation Manager
First they focused on my personality, then on my skills, though skills were tested a lot too. There were 4 rounds plus a written logic test. All 4 rounds were fun and challenging.
- Describe a time you successfully managed a high-pressure situation.
