Administrative Assistant
The process started with a competency test that involved a typing speed check on laptops of different sizes. Afterward, there was a quick meet-and-greet with the supervisor. The next step was an interview with three coworkers, two of whom had previously held the role. This interview, though it felt a bit unstructured, was designed to assess how well the candidate would fit with the existing team.
