The start of the process was good - I got the interview because I had interned there before and was recommended by someone. The process was pretty straight forward, but then I was left hanging at the end. I sent lots of thank you emails to the four women I spoke with and HR, but never heard back even after following up.

I sent my resume straight to the HR intern hiring manager. They got back to me right away. Then I had one phone interview where they asked general stuff like 'How did you hear about us' and 'Tell me about your experience'. After that, I went to the office for in-person interviews with the intern hiring manager, an AAE, and an SAE. These two ended up being my program mentors. When I interviewed with the AAE and SAE, it felt like they had already decided to hire me. They mostly just told me about the company culture and what the daily work is like.

The initial phone interview felt very conversational and relaxed. The interviewer spent a good amount of time discussing the program and was happy to answer any questions I had about the internship and her own experiences at the company.
