Had a 5-stage interview process. First was an MCQ round testing basic concepts. Second was a coding round with a string question. Third was an interview focusing on basic Java and strings. Fourth was another interview asking about palindrome numbers and strings. The fifth stage was an HR round where they explained the process.

Behavioral Technical Coding Case Presentation

The interview was a chill chat for almost 1.5 hours where they asked about my experiences, expectations, and logical thinking. It happened in a small room (for 2/3 people) with a glass door. One interviewer was the Javascript chapter lead, and the other was a technical lead for Front-end. They first asked me to talk about myself and my background. Then, they asked me to solve the Digital Root problem using a pen and paper on the glass. After that, they asked about my knowledge of certain technologies and some concepts related to them, but it wasn't super technical. Finally, they asked about my career goals and gave me a challenge to complete in a week: build a web app that uses the Github API. I haven't heard back after submitting the challenge.

Eles conversaram bem, em inglês e português, e perguntaram quem me indicou.

Technical Case Presentation

The process was bad. They scheduled an in-person interview at their office and gave me a case study to complete. I spent my whole weekend on it, but I never got any feedback, even after I followed up multiple times. I suspect the job wasn't actually available and they were just gauging the market/salaries.
