ACD
The interview process was very comfortable and easy. I was asked to talk about myself and my experience at previous companies. The manager was laid back and friendly. I had a second interview with another manager who smiled less but was very nice, and she asked me to sell her a marker.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Tell me about your experience at previous companies.
- Can you sell me a marker?
Leasing Professional
The interview process was pretty standard. They asked about my past experience, particularly in customer service and sales. The interview itself was quite casual. The main things to remember are to be punctual (arrive a bit early) and dress appropriately. The hiring process moved fast, and I was offered the position and started training within two days.
- Can you describe a time you dealt with an unhappy customer and how you handled it?
Leasing Professional
I received a fast response and the interview was very direct. First, there was a short phone interview. Then, I had a one-on-one interview with the property manager. After they narrowed down their choices, I had another phone interview where they asked me questions about case scenarios and how I would approach them.
- How can you contribute to the company's success?
Community Director
I got a phone call for an interview, but they rescheduled it 3 times after I picked the time/day. Then, the interviewer texted me to set the final time. Super unprofessional.
- Tell me about the biggest challenge you're facing in your current role.
- What aspects of your current position do you find unappealing?
- What aspects of your current position do you find appealing?
