First, I had a quick call with a recruiter. Then, the hiring manager called me to set up an interview. After that, I met with the team. Some people weren't there, and also because of some bad reviews I saw, I decided to come back for a second visit to meet the rest of the team. I even got to shadow for a bit before I even thought about taking the job. They ended up offering me the job and I took it. The whole thing was super flexible and worked around what I needed since I was being a bit picky. I could negotiate and they were cool with it.

This process was really useless and going nowhere, they were dragging their feet and wasting my time. Other reviews are right, this company doesn't care about anything. It felt like the janitor did the interview.

The interview process was very laid back. I was interviewed by two people who looked over my resume and asked me about my experience, strengths, and weaknesses. They mainly wanted to ensure that I had a current certification. Then they gave me a tour of the office. The Medical assistants don't have to schedule or do referrals because the company has a referral coordinator. They also have PSR's at the front desk who do the appointment scheduling. It's a great team work atmosphere. The workload varies from day to day. Some days are very slow and we only answer phones, other days we have 28 patients and 4 providers, with a mix of Nurse Practitioners and M.D.'s. They also conduct background checks.

The interview process was quick and straightforward. I met with a lot of people, and they were very accommodating and nice. They arranged everything and gave a good sense of the atmosphere. There were no surprises. The office was undergoing renovations, so I didn't get to meet all the leaders.
